The X101CH is preloaded with the asus@vibe store, which provides a fun, easy and convenient center filled with rich cloud computing content. ASUS WebStorage online storage is also preloaded so you can easily and seamlessly tap into the power of cloud computing.

The PC seems to be just what I want for long journeys. It's early doors obviously, but performance seems fine both for internet/email access and - like an earlier reviewer - writing. For the latter I've loaded up OpenOffice (free s/w) for full writing capability and it seems to perform just fine. I've no idea about games/music/movies etc.Price Service Quality
Only minor negative was a badly damaged delivery box (which the delivery guy promptly mentioned) but the contents were undamaged.

Superb laptop to replace my 2yr old Asus, the power cable of which was chewed by our pet rabbit. (Rabbit survived but the laptop didn't). This is all I'd expected: light, compact and easy to use. I'm a professional writer so am not interested in games and all the add-ons. Provided I can access the Internet with it and the keyboard is tactile, then I'm happy. I fly a lot and this is ideal for carry-on luggage in this day and age of baggage fees.Price Service Quality
