  • I have this Recorder, and can record one or two programmes but cannot seem to record a series.........not sure what to do. Or how to do it. Please help me.

    Not to worry - this is a common question. For some reason you have to change a setting on the unit to allow for series link to function.
    When the unit is on and displaying on your TV, press the Menu button, then select Setup, Change Your Box Settings, then change the TV guide type to 8 day EPG.
    You will now be able to use series link and the unit should be more reliable at recording other scheduled items.

  • I have this dvd player but all of a sudden the menu says the channels are undefined how can I sort this problem please. Thankjs
  • If you press the menu button on your remote, there should be the option to scan for channels - performing this should make the channels return, and should take no longer than 10 minutes.
