Good product, good price, good service. I have had an Asus netbook pc before so I knew what to expect. Upgraded memory to 2 gig - took 5minutes - very easy even for me and I'm a 57 year old granny. It is lightweight and compact but quite sturdy. It does everything I need it to. Service was excellent - delivered the day after I ordered it as promised. Everything was as described, and actually exceeded my expectations! the parcel arrived on time and the netbook was packed beautifully. Everything is as new and the only hint that it had been opened before was the seal on the box being broken!! after paying i received emails confirming my purchase, then a text and an email with my tracking number, then a text and email with the ETA of my parcel. couldnt have asked for better service, really ! will definitely be back, very happy with the product and service indeed. All as described. Can't expect more. My only niggle is that the Asus doesn't seem to have enough power to use an external hard disk with no power supply which I was going to use as a back-up drive. It works fine with a powered hard disk and USB flash drives. Delivery was very good - I had an issue with the delivery date but it was resolved very quickly and all arrived promptly! - Is it possible to have more Ram added? if so how much will it cost?
- As with the majority of netbooks - the maximum RAM the Asus 1011PX will take is 2GB.
