Is it only the box that is opened n computer itself not used? What else do I get with the laptop itself on delivery??
Kind regards. - Indeed - they have only been opened for demonstration purposes, and are still in the original manufacturers plastic sleeve when they arrive at our warehouse.
Our engineers inspect and test each Dell Inspiron Duo for quality assurance, which is a non-intrusive process, so Windows 7 is still in it's original factory state when it is shipped to the customer. Before dispatch we also re-shrinkwrap the netbook so it appears as if it was brought brand new.
The Dell Inspiron Duo comes with just the power supply and instruction manual, although we do have a range of accessories that can be purchased alongside here:
