- as certain forums suggest that digihome pvr,s are prone to repetetive faults allegedly caused by inferior components......can you assure me that your refurbihment ,eliminates these faults ...and whatever causes them
- All of our Digihome PVRs are fully tested by our supplier before they are shipped to our warehouse, and are then given a full retest by our engineers before being repackaged and dispatched to the customer. We also make sure that they are running the latest firmware to ensure compatibilty and reduce the likelyhood of software bugs, and we strive to make sure the customer receives a working product straight out of the box for a hassle-free purchase.
Sadly, due to the nature of electronic goods, a small percentage do go wrong - which is why we offer a 12 month warranty on all of our refurbished units and have a dedicated helpdesk team that can assist via email should anything go wrong. - Do you find this question helpful? Yes No
