As caa206 mentions, it would have been nice to choose a slower delivery method at lower cost, but it still works out cheaper than buying from elsewhere. I'm very happy with the service I've had, and would be more than happy to buy from gogo Digital again. (Posted on 16/12/2011)

this remote was to replace the one that packed up. i found this site to be the cheapest but i couldn't find out about delivery anywhere until i had nearly checked out. i thought £5.99 was a little steep but it did state next day delivery. i would personally have been happier to wait a little longer for cheaper delivery as it made the item only £2 cheaper than other sites in the end but the next day i received an e-mail stating a one hour slot for delivery which was great as it meant you weren't hanging about all day. delivered in the time stated so great. I had to order the same item twice because the first order was cancelled (not clear why). Once the secord order was processed though, the product arrived on time and works perfectly. Delivery was ok - at the checkout I chose for the item to be delivered on the 3rd of June instead of the 2nd, I got a text on the 2nd informing me that the product was to be delivered on that day - I was able to re-arrange the delivery though very quickly via sms.
