- On the description it states this product is refurbished with only a few scratches but you previously answered Randoms question saying it was brand new. Which answer is correct?
- Well spotted Jackie - it is something we have forgotten to update.
The first batch of iPod Nano 5th Gens we had in were brand new and sealed from the factory, however we have been unable to source any more of these as they are long discontinued.
Our current batch are factory refurbished, and some have minor marks on the casing, however they are fully working and come with a 12 month warranty.
Instead of creating numerous new pages on the site, I imagine the decision to simply modify the existing pages was made knowing that obtaining any brand new ones would be very difficult, which is why the product question was still displaying that they are new.
