I was reluctant to purchase a graded product from an unfamiliar supplier but decided to make the purchase as the price, delivery and customer reviews all looked promising and was not disappointed. The product is described as 'open box', but apart from the manufacturers seal being removed everything else was absolutely perfect. All protective covers were still in place on the screen surround and keyboard and it had been shrink wrapped. Delivery was made the day after ordering and the courier even sent a text stating the delivery time. Very impressed with both the product and service. (Posted on 17/02/2012)
