Its a pity about the DVD recorder. But I'm emailing you to say what a fantastic service you offer as a company.From the start you were quick with the email response and then when item could not be fixed you sent a full refund without me not having to chase you. I'm really impressed. GoGo digital are one of the most efficent companies that I have dealt with and I must commend you for this.
