Early days yet but I'm really happy with my purchase so far. Easy to set up and easy to use. Love it's compact size too. Would recommend GoGoDigital. Their customer service is excellent. They answered all my queries prior to purchasing. Delivery was excellent too. (Posted on 06/10/2012)Quality Price Service - Excellent unit, Just like sky without the contract! Review by Rob

Firstly the service was brilliant, I received a text message telling me when the delivery would arrive, then on the day I received another text message telling me that between 10.42am and 11.42am my parcel would be delivered... sure enough at 10.45am it arrived! Once I opened the parcel the outside box had signs of wear but I fully expected this as it was a refurbished unit. The recorder and all accessories inside however where in 'new' condition and even re-shrink wrapped. I Then set the unit up which was very simple quick. After having used it for a little while I noticed every now and again it would freeze when exiting the EPG menu. I came online to discuss this with one of the 'live chat' members on gogoDIGITAL who was very helpful and realised the software on it was about 3 years out of date. I then downloaded the relevant software and put it on a USB stick to install onto the recorder. The whole update process was very hassle-free and since updating I have now gained a whole load of new features, everything is super fast and looks brilliant, more to the point I get no more freezes. The other thing I like is that I no longer need to use the TV remote control as I can control both the TV and the DTR through the control provided (pressing the TV button makes the remote control the TV and pressing the DTR button makes it control the recorder and it also has a DVD button which I don't use). Overall this is a fantastic and well built unit with superb service at a fraction of the price. What more could you ask for? Very impressed with service and condition of product evenQuality Price Service
instruction books look brand new, only disappointment is
the actual box which is rather tatty and as this is for a christmas
present I will have to try and tidy it up somehow.
I am sure the machine will work ok as I have had one of my
own for four years and it is fantastic (Posted on 15/12/2011) - Compact unit, easy to set up and opperate, many useful features Review by Trevor from Norwich Norfolk

Only been using it a few days, but first impressions are;- its very comapct and fits neat & tidly under a corner of our flat screen TV.Price Service Quality
Setting up was simple with easy to follow menus.
Have only recorded a few things so far one using the serial button - all with out any hitches.
It seems well supported on the makers web site - which is all ways good to see.
Only one slight niggle;- I've pluged it into the TV using the HDMI cable not SCART. It all works well except the HDMI does not automaticaly select the correct TV input channel when the recorder is switched on so you need to use the TV remote to change over to HDMI input. Where as SCART will detect the device and change chanel automaticaly. This might be because my TV needs adjusting or HDMI does not have this ability.
Other wise am very pleased with it as its much smaller and easer to use than the Sky plus box its replacing (and saving me about £20 per month) (Posted on 12/12/2011)
