Delivery Information

Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified when you complete your order.

For orders placed before 1.00pm on a working day, we will endeavour to process on the same day and deliver as per your delivery choice, providing further security checks are not required and all goods are available. (A working day is any day other than weekends and Bank or other Public Holidays).

If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under the GoGoDigital Limited security policies you will be informed as soon as possible.

If you refuse the delivery of your order for reasons under the Distance Selling regulations or you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations, GoGoDigital Limited will refund you within 1 working day (of receiving returned goods) for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. By exercising your right to cancel you are required to return the goods to GoGoDigital Limited. If you fail to return the goods, GoGoDigital Limited reserve the right to deduct any costs incurred by retrieving the goods from you.

Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please refuse the delivery.

We require you to sign for the goods but if you believe you may not be available and would like to offer a neighbour contingency location you can give us these instructions in the Delivery Comments section at checkout.

Ownership of an item will not pass to you until we have delivered the item to you (either directly, or by leaving it with a neighbour on your request).


Returns Information

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase from GoGoDigital Limited. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.

Items Damaged in Transit

If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it is recommend to refuse the delivery and sign the courier's delivery note accordingly. If damage is realised after taking delivery we will collect the goods from you after agreeing a suitable collection date/time. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.

Items Faulty on Arrival

If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 30 days in which to inform us of the fault. We will then arrange to have the faulty item returned and a replacement issued or refund processed; as preferred. We thoroughly inspect returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our engineers we will contact you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.

Items Faulty in Warranty Period

If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 30 days since receipt, you are entitled to a return to base warranty repair with GoGoDigital Limited. In most cases, manufacturers provide a specialist full on-site service and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience which we recommend you use in order to correct the fault quickly. If you change your mind

If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 30 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us.
