All Digital items such as SOFTWARE LICENSE CODES and ACTIVATION CODES are usually delivered to your registered Email address within 24 Hours Monday to Friday.

All PHYSICAL items are normally dispatched within 3 working days of the order being placed i.e picked and packed within 3 days of ordering. It then may take a further 5 working days for our courier to deliver your order. Please note that PERSONALISED ITEMS may take up to 5 days longer due to copy check etc. Tracking is Supplied once shipped.

We are currently only shipping orders to the UK but we are hoping to ship internationally very soon – watch this space.

***In exceptional circumstances (we’re only human) some orders may be delivered outside of the timescales set on our site. If this is the case you will be notified as soon as we know and we can then offer you alternative arrangements, a gesture of goodwill and our sincere apologies if the delay causes any inconvenience. This very rarely happens but if it does we will do all we can to ensure our customers receive a 1st class service.

In order to return or exchange your purchase, you need to do so within 30 days of purchase. The product must be received by us in the same condition that you received it in. Original tags, box, unworn, undamaged and able to be resold. License Keys are non Returnable.

We do not accept returns on perishable items, intimates, gift cards, custom items or digital products such as software subscription/activation codes unless there is an error with the activation process. All Activation codes from Bitdefender are activated upon delivery, this is the way Bitdefender have started to deliver license keys, so please use the activation code to either extend or activate a subscription. please also remember to cancel the automatic renewal inside Bitdefender to ensure you do not pay the high renewal price.

After we receive your item, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund if the item is in resellable condition. Your money will be refunded by the same method you paid for it. This may take between 5 and 10 business days, depending on your payment method.
